Tuition and Payment Information
Our full term consists of 30 weeks of dance held over 9 months; September to the end of May. This is an average of 3 classes per month (taking holidays and make-up class weeks into account). We break our year up into 3 sessions: Fall, Winter & Spring. Our expenses are fixed and students are charged for the full session regardless of individual absences.
An annual (non-refundable) registration fee per student covers the cost of administrative expenses. The registration fee is $30.00 for the first student in each family and $10.00 for each additional student. The registration fee is due with the Fall session payment. New students joining after September will have their class charges pro-rated from the time they join. We accept cash, debit, cheque, Visa, M/C and AMEX. A $25.00 fee is applied on ALL N.S.F. cheques.
The calendar in each month will vary depending upon which day your child has classes. Some months they may have 2 or 3 classes, others 4 or 5. Everyone will have had 30 classes over the 9 months. The dance studio is closed for 2 weeks during the Christmas break and 1 week during the March break and these dates are not included in the 30 weeks. The final season is concluded with a year end Showcase (Recital) at the end of May.
Full tuition is due on the following dates:
Session 1 (Fall 2020) - By First Day of Class
Session 2 (Winter 2020) - November 16th, 2020
Session 3 (Spring 2021) - February 15, 2021
Yearly fees over $1000 may be broken into 9 monthly instalments. Please contact the office if your child’s yearly fees exceed $1000 and you wish to participate in our monthly payment plan.
