Ballet is a classical dance form known for its beauty and grace, which lays the foundation for all dance styles. Ballet dancers develop strength, control and musicality through a variety of exercises at the barre and in the center.
Employing the Cecchetti method, a ballet technique and rigorous training genre devised by the Italian ballet master Enrico Cecchetti (1850–1928), our training system is designed to involve the whole body in every movement, with equal attention paid to the upper body, legs and feet.
Students are encouraged to participate in a yearly level examination in which they are individually evaluated according to notated benchmarks. They are given personal feedback on their strengths as well as artistic and technical development.
